About the speakers:

Selene Streich is an educator, animator and youth worker. Her first contact with non-formal education was as a child in scouting. There she got interested in making the learning process fun, firstly inspired by older scouts, then started to share it and develop. Her speciality is designing and performing role-play games for young people. She keeps developing her skills in the field of facilitation and gamification to get more competencies in empowering youth with creative thinking, problem solving and research. 

Rodrigo Eyazguirre has a background in teaching Middle and High school students in international schools with 10 years of experience. He's an educational technologist, currently doing a master’s in Digital Learning Games at Tallinn University. Rodrigo is passionate about the Game-Based Learning approach for teaching and collaborated in the creation of learning games for educational institutions and Erasmus+ projects.

About the speakers:

Alona Karavai is co-founder of Insha Osvita, of residency house Khata-Maysternya, of agency proto produkciia, of the gallery Asortymentna kimnata and of the media about art post impreza. She is social investor at Urban Space 500, and co-organizer of Porto Franko festival. From 2022 head of the board of MitOst e.V. being an international player in the field of active citizenship, diversity and community building. She has studied organizational development in TU Kaiserslautern. Professional interests are facilitation, organizational development, non-formal education and educational products, cultural management, visual art and music.

Annegret Wulff is executive board member of MitOst e.V. and managing director of Commit gGmbH. She has developed diverse programs supporting active citizenship and social cohesion in Europe and its neighboring countries. One of them is Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg program which she has scaled in more than 20 countries in Eastern and Central Europe, Turkey, and Northern Africa. The latest program is Vidnova (https://vidnova.org) which supports Ukrainian civil society actors to continue their work as fellows hosted by diverse European partners. She has year long experience in building communities and networks as well as organizational development.

Marischa Weiser is a facilitator, community builder in Commit at MitOst (www.mitost.org) and co-founder and program head of horizontal school (www.horizontal.school). Working in the field of culture and citizenship education, she enjoys bringing practitioners together for peer-learning and building fruitful collaborations for creating collective social impact. She is co-initiator and coordinator of the project "Rethink citizenship education".

Julian is an environmental activist working for EcoVisio (https://www.ecovisio.org ) in Moldova. Before that he studied Cultural Studies and Environmental Management in Germany. His key topic is education for sustainable developments and the areas he works in are energy, nutrition and climate protection. He is convinced that with all the challenges climate change brings, it is also a big chance for our societies to unite and become more caring, conscious and peaceful.

What is the Organizational Development Grant?

The Organizational Development Grant is implemented in the frame of the Civil Society Cluster in the Bosch Alumni Network by iac and MitOst and offers teams and organizations support that have the need to work for their organizational development. The grant provides a trained coach who works alongside each team to create a custom-made workshop depending on their specific needs as well as additional budget for implementing the workshop.
